My Journey In The People’s Republic of China

In October 22, 2025, I had the honor of representing the United Arab Emirates at the 19th international cultural festival in East China Normal University. 

In every handshake and smile, i saw how identity connects people, and how cultural pride isn't measured by display, but by the sincerity with which we share it.

During my time in China, I took part in an informal community sports exchange with a group of local youth football players. What began as a simple outdoor activity evolved into a meaningful cultural interaction, where my fellow International friends, from Turkey, UAE , Azerbaijan and I connected with young athletes through teamwork, communication, and shared enthusiasm for the game.

This moment stands out as a reminder of how simple interactions can foster mutual respect and understanding across cultures.
